Late policy

Arrival 10 or more minutes past scheduled appointment time is considered a cancelled appointment because the service can not be completed within the time left in the scheduled appointment.

Late clients that can not be accommodated will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.

Cancellation policy

Appointments must be cancelled
24 hours before scheduled time to avoid cancellation fee.

Failure to do so will cause the card on file to automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No Show policy

All no shows will be automatically charged 100% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
